Directions:
In the bath - add 1-2 spoons to your bath water. Ensure that the door is closed so the aroma does not escape. Slip into the water, relax and breathe deeply.
As a refreshing splash - add a couple of drops to a bowl or sink of warm water and use as a therapeutic splash. Alternatively, wet a wash-cloth and use as a compress.
Room Scenter - Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water and allow the scent to fill the room.
