HELP PAGE AND ORDERING GUIDELINES

Customer Service:

Je Suis Natural Therapies & Products strive to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any special requests or suggestions, feel free to send us an email or give us a call. We value any and all feedback.

Ordering Guideline:
  1. placing an order: orders can be placed through our website, via email, post or telephone. In order to avoid communication errors, we strongly recommend that orders be placed via our website or email. We guarantee the accuracy of written orders, however, we cannot accept responsibility for errors resulting from verbal miscommunication.
  2. processing times: we pride ourselves on the speed of our service. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment or proof of payment. We cannot guarantee dispatch times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control.
  3. additions to orders: we always try to accommodate our customers' requests and will endeavour to add items to a package if possible. However, once sealed or packed, we are unable to unpack a box to add additional items to it. We may have to treat the additional items as a new order. We hope this is reasonable and thank you for your understanding.
  4. shorts: if any item is short delivered and has been charged for, Je Suis will be more than happy to cover the cost of freight in resending the goods as soon as possible.
  5. package & handling: Je Suis does NOT charge a package and handling fee.
  6. additional samples: all orders include a free sample of one of our products. However, should you require additional samples we are happy to accommodate you. Please note that we would require a minimal payment ($1) for each sample. We are sure you can appreciate that we receive many requests for samples and we simply could not remain in business without recovering the sample cost.
  7. returns: due to the nature of most of our products, we regret we cannot accept return of goods as we cannot ensure that products have note been opened, these are not returnable.
Payments:
  1. Direct Deposit: we prefer that Australian customers make payment via direct deposit. Our account details for direct deposit is as follows:

  2. Paypal: we also accept credit card payments via paypal. The Paypal email for payments is info@jesuisnatural.com.au or suzzannaselvey@hotmail.com
  3. cheques & money orders: cheques and money orders should be made out to Suzzanna Selvey. Please record your order reference and name on the back of cheques and money orders. Orders will not be dispatched until funds have cleared in our account.(this is approximately 3 working days )
Pricing and taxes:
  1. all prices are quoted in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS. Prices include gst unlike most other online shops. We hope this makes it easier for you to calculate the total cost of your goods. We do require receipt of payment prior to shipment of orders.
Shipping - domestic & international:
  1. Our shipping costs are simple and easy to factor into your orders.
  2. We charge a flat fee of $8 to anywhere in Australia for orders up to 5kg
  3. We charge a flat fee of $15 for ALL our overseas orders. That includes all countries outside Australia. This flat fee is for orders up to 5kg.
  4. Australia Post accept packages to 22kg maximum weight, dead or cubic.
